The Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) program is designed to enhance the job performance of the Clerk in small and large municipalities. The Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation is granted by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks to applicants who complete the education, work experience, and membership requirements. Scholarships

Arizona Clerks may be eligible for scholarships, in the form of tuition reduction, from the Arizona Municipal Clerks’ Association. Information regarding scholarships will be available in March. For additional details please view available scholarships on the Arizona Municipal Clerks' Associate site: azclerks.org.

Scholarships are also available through the Municipal Clerk Education Foundation (MCEF). Please contact International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) headquarters at 909-944-4162.
