Andrea Guerrero

As a first generation Hispanic student pursuing a master’s degree in Public Administration, Andrea earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Northern Arizona University. Currently serving as an accountant at Pinal County, she focuses on budgeting, financial management, and ensuring resources are used efficiently. Growing up in a small town it gave her a strong sense of community and provided firsthand understanding of the challenges rural areas face. Participation in the local government fellowship offers an opportunity to strengthen leadership skills and learn from others in public service. Andrea's long-term goal is to continue serving at Pinal County and grow within the organization by taking on leadership opportunities that create a greater impact.
